About Me
Hi, I’m Mel Hoffman — founder of Willow and Stone Studio.
I create beautiful, high-performing websites and strategic brand experiences that help small businesses stand out and grow. With a Diploma in Graphic Design from Billy Blue College of Design and specialised training in brand, product, portrait, and property photography, I offer a well-rounded creative service with strategy at its core.
My journey into design began with my first business, The Hamper Studio, where I discovered just how important it is to have a website that’s easy to manage and built to support your goals. That experience led me to study graphic design and dive deeper into web design and marketing — and I’ve been helping other small business owners ever since.
Today, I specialise in Squarespace websites for their simplicity and timeless design options. I’m a Squarespace Circle member and have completed advanced coding training through Squarestylist, allowing me to bring your vision to life with tailored functionality and custom styling.
But more than just a designer, I bring a strong understanding of marketing into every project. From the moment we start, I’m thinking about how to not only create something beautiful — but how to make sure it’s seen by the right people. When I hand over a website, you're also receiving a thoughtful launch strategy and the option for ongoing marketing support, tailored to your business.
