By booking any of the services provided by Willow and Stone Studio, including SEO packages, website packages, and strategy sessions, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit & Payment

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking for all packages (SEO, website, or strategy sessions).

• Full payment is due before the completion or handover of the final deliverables unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

• For payment plans, the full amount must be settled as per the agreed schedule. Any late payments will result in the suspension of services until payment is made.

• Non-payment for any service will result in the project being paused or the website being temporarily taken offline until payment is received.

2. SEO Packages

• SEO Audit & Strategy Session: A detailed audit of your website and a 45-minute session to discuss ways to improve your site’s SEO performance.

• Content: You must provide all necessary content, including text, images, or any relevant branding, at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Failure to provide content may delay the project and a rescheduling fee will apply.

• Ongoing Support: For multi-month SEO packages, continuous access and updates to your website are necessary. Any restrictions or interruptions in access may delay progress.

3. Website Packages

• Initial Consultation: Each website package begins with a 30-60 minute strategy intensive where we will discuss your business goals and how your website should align with them.

• Content & Images: All content (text, images, branding) must be submitted at least 7 days before the start date. Delays in providing these materials may require rescheduling the project and a rescheduling fee will apply.

• Revisions: Website revisions are allowed within a specified scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur additional charges.

• Launch Date: The timeline for the website launch will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Timely content submission is crucial to meeting deadlines.

4. Strategy Sessions

• Booking: For strategy sessions, you will receive a link to select a date once payment is confirmed.

• Preparation: Prior to the session, you will be sent a brief questionnaire to gather necessary details about your current website or business needs. This ensures the session is tailored to your needs.

• Audit: For website strategy sessions, a full audit will be completed prior to the meeting.

• Session Length: Each strategy session lasts for 45 minutes.

• Follow-up: After the strategy session, a PDF report outlining key takeaways and action steps will be provided.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee may apply if the session or project is delayed due to late content submission or client feedback.

• Cancellations: For any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session or start date, the deposit is non-refundable. After work has begun on the project, the deposit covers the work already completed and the remaining balance may be refunded at the discretion of Willow and Stone Studio.

6. Ownership & Rights

• Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables, such as your website, SEO audit report, or strategy session report, will transfer to you.

• I retain the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio, unless otherwise requested.

7. Confidentiality

• Any confidential information provided to me for the purpose of completing your project will be kept secure and confidential.

• You grant me permission to use your branding and website as examples of my work in my portfolio, unless you request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Willow and Stone Studio is not responsible for any external factors affecting website performance (e.g., third-party plugins, hosting issues, etc.).

• While I aim to deliver high-quality work, I cannot guarantee specific results, such as improved search engine rankings or sales increases.

9. Amendments to Terms

• These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to you before they are implemented.
